Shipment – Source Local (Botswana Office)

Pickup at Skymartbw office (Free) – this method has been discontinued

Skymartbw Same Day Delivery Service – after picking up from Seller  (Paid Service) – Covers Gaborone City Area items are delivered same day. Cut off time is 2pm daily for orders made after 2pm will be delivered the next business day.

Skymartbw Next Day Delivery Service – after picking up from Seller  (Paid Service) – Covers Gaborone City Area items are delivered the next business day after the date of order has been confirmed.

Skymartbw 2 day Free Delivery – after picking up from Seller  (free), 2 business days shipment time, using our own internal servics ( Valid for Gaborone and Greater Gaborone)

Sprint Couriers  – after picking up from Seller (Paid Service) – From our Gaborone Office to the rest of Botswana and Southern Africa. Delivery time is usually 1 – 2 days within Botswana, and 2 – 4 days for the Rest of Southern Africa (including Zimbabwe, Zambia, Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia and South Africa)

DHL Botswana Express – after picking up from Seller (Paid Service) – From our Gaborone Office to the rest of Botswana and Southern Africa. Delivery time is usually 1 – 2 days within Botswana, and 2 – 4 days for the Rest of Southern Africa (including Zimbabwe, Zambia, Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia and South Africa) and 5 – 10 days for all other countries

Botswana Post EMS – after picking up from Seller  (Paid Service) – From our Gaborone Office to the rest of Botswana and Southern Africa. Delivery time is usually 1 – 2 days within Botswana, and 2 – 4 days for the Rest of Southern Africa (including Zimbabwe, Zambia, Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia and South Africa) and 2 – 4 weeks for all other countries.

 

Shipment – Source Abroad

Shipment is from various countries including, USA, Europe, China, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore. 

Free Shipment (after receiving package) (to Gaborone) – Shipment time 10 – 21 days on average. online tracking code provided. Package arrives at our office in Gaborone, Plot 22120, Nyamambisi Road, G-West Phase 4 Industrial and then delivered to your doorstep ( Valid for Botswana ONLY)

DHL Express Shipment(after receiving package) (Paid Service), 5 – 10 days shipment time, using DHL Express shipping ( Valid for all Countries)

Fedex Economy Shipment(after receiving package) (Paid Service), 7 – 14 days shipment time, using FEDEX shipping ( Valid for all Countries)

 

Shipment – Sellers Preferred Shipment

In some cases, you may select sellers preferred shipment. The seller will stipulate their delivery method and time frames on their product pages.

Receiving Your Order from an Abroad Shipment

 International Customer – (Customers outside of Botswana) can only ship with Express Shipment and do not need courier services

Please courier my order to my address – Botswana residents living outside of greater Gaborone can get their package sent over at an additional P100. Expect 1 – 2 days delivery when order is ready

Deliver my order at my Gaborone Address – Delivery within the greater Gaborone for an extra fee of P20 when your order is ready.

I will pick up my order at Skymartbw Offices in G-West Phase 4 Industrial Gaborone – Local pickup at our office when the package is ready. its FREE
