Our Warranty Policy
We provide 7 day one to one exchange policy or CASH BACK if manufacturer defaults are found. The Device will be replaced with a new device of the same model.
In some cases where a product is sold by a Sky Seller, Guarantee periods will be stated on the product details page.
Product(s) sold through SkymartBW are serviced and supported by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products. Typically manufacturers provide 1 year warranty.
In some instances, Sky Sellers will determine the warranty period of products on the product details page.
Devices whose Manufacturer’s warranty coverage does not extend to Botswana and other Southern African Countries will be eligible for an In House 1 Year Skymartbw.com Warranty.

LCD/OLED Panel/Touch Pad/Ribbon – 1 month warranty
Motherboard/ – 1 month warranty
Transceivers/Software – 12 months warranty
Please ship back the product(s) to the respective shipping branch in the original packaging with any accessories as advised by the Customer Service Support. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty.
We will not accept return of product(s) that are not compatible with your system configuration or damaged during shipment to and fro or misused by customer / shipping carrier or held by custom.
Warranty is voided if the product is found to have;
-Broken Warranty Seal (Damage to the warranty seal and stickers)
-Water and other liquid damage
-Physical Damage, (drops, fire, and other negligent actions)
