The DJI 1345 Self-Tightening Props for Inspire 1 is a two pack that features one clockwise (CW) and one counterclockwise (CCW) prop. The centers of the props are color coded to simply installation. Please refer to the user guide to ensure that you replace the CW prop with a new CW prop and a CCW prop with a CCW prop. Improper installation will lead to the props becoming unscrewed in-flight. These are specifically for the DJI Inspire 1 quadcopter and should not be installed on other aircraft.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

We will ensure that your ordered products are well insulated to minimize any potential damage during transit.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order any time before the item has been shipped out. You cannot cancel an order once your item has been shipped, is in transit or out for delivery.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.
1. Please log into your "My Account" and initiate a warranty claim.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. Any misleading or false claims will be charged a restocking fee. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your ordered product is in like new condition preferably with orgininal packaging in place, you may exchange your ordered product for another product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Refunds
We only provide refunds if an order is cancelled before being shipped out or if an exchange is not possible due to lack of stock.
