Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We can ship products anywhere in Botswana or internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Items in stock will typically ship out in 5 - 7 business days.
a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.
b. International Orders
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount minus 20% for administrative fees (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be sent back within 2 business days of receipt of package.
In case following conditions are not met Skysoft reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
- The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of original purchase
- Items and packaging must be received in new condition
- The original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged
- Packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
- Return package must include copy of the original invoice or sale receipt
Before returning package you need to contact Skysoft to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package).
If you have an exchange for the same pula amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
