COSTS
- Storage fees: Upon the completion of a suit (4 weeks), if collection is not done, a fee of P20/day will be charged.
- After-sale service: We allow a return for alteration after collection, free of charge, for a period of 30 days only. After which, the client is expected to pay for alterations.
- Cancellation Fees: 30% cancellation fee on deposit paid.
LEAD TIME
A suit is in production for a maximum of 4 weeks, given the work load. If you need it within a period of 3 weeks or less, an extra charge of P300- P400 is added to each outfit.
PRODUCTION POLICIES
- Work (taking measurements, purchase of material) commences only when 50% deposit is made
- For group orders (weddings) it is advisable to come 2 months before due date to avoid any inconveniences on either party.
- For group orders (weddings), a late comer’s work will not be accepted if production for the rest of the group has commenced and 4weeks or less is remaining until deadline.
- Before final collection, a suit NEEDS to be fit for the last time to confirm perfection.
GENERAL POLICIES
- When a suit is ready for fitting, a client is alerted by either a call or a text message, this avoids inconvenience on either party
- Any changes to the order NEEDS to be signed off by the client.
- We do not alter suits unless made in KeNo, and ONLY those within the 30day after sale service period.
- When a suit reaches 3 months in storage without being collected and no prior arrangements made, it will be sold No refunds will be made for a sold suit.
