All orders are sent via a door-to-door courier service. Please make sure that there is someone to receive your order at your nominated address between Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. Please note that your order will take 2-3 working days from date of payment to arrive. Deliveries to outlying areas may take longer.
Orders over BWP 600.00 are couriered for free! Orders under BWP 600.00 are couriered at a rate calculated at checkout based on where you live.

We do ship internationally. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Calculations
We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of package and destination based on distance from SkyMart.
Lost Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left.
