Shipping Policy

we take pride in providing our customers the best magazine selection possible. By default we ship the most current issue available if nothing is mentioned in comments box. Shipping will start with the current issue, unless if another issue is requested by the buyer, following receipt of payment. Buyers will receive their first issue within a day for Gaborone customers, and likely to take 2 for other residents depending on where they live. Standard shipping: Most economical, usually takes about 5-8 business days in transit*, does include tracking facility. Ground Shipping: UPS Ground shipping takes 3-5 business days, includes tracking facility Express Shipping: 2nd Day Express delivery service, includes tracking facility We ship the goods as per your instructions. Once the order is shipped to the address provided by you no refunds will be issued for returned / undelivered / wrong delivered goods under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

If an Order is wrongfully fulfilled / mis delivered / defective. Please contact customer service at [email protected] or call us at +267 73760618. We give our customer option to get a replacement product, we do not refund. Return procedure All returns are to be sent back using the packaging in which order was sent. The package can be returned to our office for replacement. The package will be sent back to the return address on the shipping label. Once the package is received in our office, we will begin the replacement process. Replacement Process We process the replacement within 24 - 48 hrs after receiving the package. Exchange Policy If you ordered a wrong product, we will be happy to assist you get the right one. For questions on exchanging a product, please contact us [email protected] within 5 business days from the day of receipt of the original order / product. One of our customer service reps will assist you in the exchange process. Return shipping and additional shipping costs for replacement product will be taken care of by the customer. positive review Ordered reusable masks. Delivery took longer than expected. Got masks with ties, had ordered ones with loops. They were black though.
