Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed on the invoice. Free local delivery is available for orders over $85 within 2km of Gaborone. For orders under $40, we charge $5 for local delivery. Deliveries are made from [0800hrs-1700hrs] Mondays-Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided on your order to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Refund Policy

Provided there is a problem with the product you have received, complaints and refund requests have to be submitted 7 days after receiving it. Failure to do so will lead to a forfeit in the above. Refunds will be processed within a 14 day period after submission. Payment is processed via bank transfer and may take 3-5 days excluding the 14 day waiting period.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation requests can be submitted by email , phone or head office. This cancellation form has to be filled in fully and submitted 30 days prior to arrival of your product. Failure to follow the above will lead to a forfeit.
