Shipping Policy

Please choose the appropriate delivery method via the options provided by SkyMartBW for your domestic packages. International packages are subject to customs/duties charges. Kamistos (Pty) Ltd trading as ‘Bliss Clothing’ is not responsible for these charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office, and cannot be determined ahead of time by Bliss Clothing. For more information on customs/duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

Refund Policy

Garment sizes can and do vary amongst styles of garments and manufacturers. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or full refund (including your initial shipping charge). All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping must include a tracking number, along with your name, to Kamistos (Pty) Ltd trading as ‘Bliss Clothing’, plot 25731 Block 9, Gaborone, Botswana. If you think you may need to return or exchange an item, please keep the invoice that came with your order. You are responsible for return shipping. If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a full refund. All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do not accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, we’ll have to refuse it and send it back.
