All orders are sent via a door-to-door courier service. Please make sure that there is someone to receive your order at your nominated address between Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. Orders over BWP 600.00 are couriered for free! Orders under BWP 600.00 are couriered at a rate calculated at checkout based on where you live.

Lost Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered.
